Meet The Founder

After spending over a decade immersed in the fast-paced world of technology-enabled professional services, Jan McNeil founded Reframe Advisors; a boutique powerhouse dedicated to helping Marketing, Sales, and Services teams not just grow, but flourish by leveraging the magic of HubSpot.

Jan is Marketing and Sales Hub certified, which might sound all official and fancy (because it is), but it's her down-to-earth approach and relentless commitment to authenticity that truly set her apart.

Before starting Reframe, Jan was the CEO of Lev, a marketing automation consultancy. She has her MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Electrical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin. Hook ‘Em!

Jan believes that the very best consultants are teachers and performers. She leads every client engagement with that belief at the center. You can expect to learn a lot and have fun along the way in partnering with the Reframe team.
